When we opened them, it was basically just bread and cheese with barely any chicken inside. Calling it a “buffalo chicken sandwich” is honestly misleading because there was almost no chicken to be found. Regardless of the price, this was a complete waste of time and very frustrating. Waiting that long for food that looks carelessly made and nothing like what was expected is unacceptable. Very poor quality, poor service, and a huge disappointment. Definitely not ordering this again.

Never did i raise my voice, he went on to further exacerbate the situation by accusing me of yelling at him. Clearly he does not know how to talk to customers because he revealed that not only was he the manager but he was also a high school student.
