I really try to look out for the drivers as much as I can. I’m not rich so when I tip 7 bucks for a mile I expect it pronto but it’s ok. I’m bummed out because I’ve had so many bad experiences here in oc. It’s kinda sucks because I’m just trying to live my life. I only know ppl in north county. I don’t have any family our friends in oc. It’s been very weird here..

When I politely complained about the poor service, instead of trying to solve the issue, one of the female employees repeatedly mocked us by sarcastically saying “Good night” several times. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, not sarcasm and rude behavior. I expected much better treatment from a well-known company like Domino’s. Sadly, this experience completely changed my opinion about this location.

My mom went in today around 4:30 pm 5/23/26 having problems ordering with her app and a nice guy working there was helping her with it and this Hispanic lady employee came up and wouldn’t let the guy help my mom… and told my mom she must do it herself. It was the craziest most rude thing ever, never been treated that way by anyone. My mom is an immigrant and older so her app skills are not the best. Why can’t she get some help? This lady should be fired for treating customers this way. So unacceptable and horrendous!!!
