  Great place to spend time with friends or take the family. I love that I can meet up at the bar for a girls catch up or bring the kids for fun. Very versatile spot. Weekend bartender is my fave. I think her name is Jane or Jade or something. Great team.

  We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s in Irvine! The atmosphere was fun, the place was clean, and there were plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and made sure we had a great time. It’s a great place to come with family and friends, grab some food and drinks, and have a fun night out. We really enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. I highly recommend this location, and we will definitely be back!

  Steak was beyond well done, then the manager gave me a $20 gift card because he was not able too apply my discount before closing the bill. Next time I was told it was not a $20 gift card but just points to play games. Second time I was there I sat for over 20 min watching 3 employees talking toeachother before I had to get up and order myself.

  This Dave and Buster’s was way bigger and more amazing than I thought. The dining area is absolutely massive with huge protectors streaming multiple sports simultaneously. There is a bar area and party room as well. The food was delicious, the burger was massive and fries very crispy. The wings are on the small side but packed with flavor. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The arcade side is also gigantic, with tons of different games and variety. Super fun place to grab a bite, hang out, and have huge parties.

  I hosted my son’s birthday party at this venue, and what should have been a special celebration ended on an incredibly disappointing note. After reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that I was charged a gratuity amount that I did not authorize. The amount processed did not match the specific gratuity amount that I signed for on my receipt. When I raised the issue, I received a call from a manager who explained that she believed an 18% gratuity had been applied automatically because it was an event and the contract mentions gratuity. However, the gratuity that was actually charged to my card was almost 30% of my event, more than half of which was play cards—so that explanation simply did not account for the discrepancy. It is also important to note that the food for the event was preordered, and during the event itself the only service provided was taking drink orders. Despite this, the gratuity was still applied in a way that does not align with the level of service actually provided. More importantly, none of this explains why the amount ultimately charged to my card differed from the specific gratuity amount that I signed for and authorized. Instead of acknowledging that concern and working to correct it, the charge was justified rather than promptly rectified. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability for the fraudulent activity that occurred. There was no meaningful apology or effort to make the situation right. I hope the restaurant reviews its billing and payment procedures to ensure accuracy going forward. Double check your charges if you visit.
