We had an incident with an older individual take photos of me and my buddy’s girl from behind. Completely unacceptable. We caught him and called him out, he started trying to exit, which we let him. But we called out for assistance from staff, becuase a preditorial individual had photos we would have liked deleted. Keith immediately got on the walkie talky, and Chris assisted us right after. The man got away with the photos, it is what it is. But I have never seen such quick action from other employees like I’ve seen from these two. They helped out so quick with that toxic situation. Keith and Chris are the alphas of D&B, whether if that sounds Gen Z or not.

There was a Balding old man alone 65+ in a white and grey striped shirt that took pictures of me and my buddy’s girlfriends from behind while they were playing dance dance revolution. We saw him do it because we were sitting in the walking dead game booth. Unfortunately after we confronted and told him to delete the photo off his phone, he escaped and left the premises. Keith is an Amazing Bartender and called the Security Guard Chris came to confront him with us very quickly in the front. I should have taken a picture of him to warn other people but it didn’t cross my mind at the time. Once he left the premises there’s not much we can do other than make people aware. I would recommend not to leave your children and women alone in this place, stay safe. Chris and Keith also assisted us later when the machine charged us $65 and didn’t load our card credits. They both really are upstanding people, and helped make our night a little better. Everything about this Dave and busters is a good time, but I’m rating the atmosphere a 1 star due to that old man creeping and taking pictures of our girls.

We have loved Dave and Buster's for years, and this still stands true today! We do not live there anymore but always visit every time we are back in town. We were just in town for my son's baseball tournament and had so much fun there with the team, the GM Michael was so hospitable and welcoming to all our boys and parents and made the experience amazing. As far as the parents we had a great time with Ally behind the bar, she is so fun and had great recommendations. The staff always makes all the difference in my opinion, and Irvine has some of the best!

We always have such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! It’s honestly a great place to unwind, grab some good food and drinks, and just enjoy yourself after a long day. Bobby at the bar was amazing! He was very attentive, friendly, and made some great recommendations. The food was delicious, but the drinks were definitely a highlight! Bobby made sure we were taken care of and provided excellent service from start to finish. I also really appreciate how involved the managers are with their customers. They make an effort to check in, make everyone feel welcomed, and make sure guests are being taken care of properly and respectfully. It really makes a difference when management is present and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and amazing service all around. Bobby and the management team definitely made our experience even better. We’ll absolutely be coming back!
