  Came here for a birthday celebration, and Habib exceed our expectations. Worked diligently to ensure everyone in our group would have a good time and accommodated us to the best of his ability. Checked in with us multiple times throughout. He was an excellent party manager, and Katy was a wonderful server. Both of them saved the day and helped our party of 12 to have a great time instead of just okay.

  We arrived and two of the three games we tapped our player card to did not work. We looked around for assistance and was unsuccessful in finding anyone to help us. There were other customers that we witnessed having a hard time with the air hockey game because of missing air hockey pucks. We then went to the front desk to find no one there. This was was a little disappointing to leave the establishment without enjoying at least an hour of fun. Please fix your games or at least have more staff available for assistance.

  Coming to irvine you would expect A1 service but the service was horrible. My girlfriend and I went too have a good time, enjoy food, and have fun. we sat for 10 minutes all servers passed us more than once. had a customer come up to the staff and said where can we order she said we come to you, so I gave them more time.. nothing happened I went up too them to ask and they said you need too come up to us and order and I was just confused and the lack of energy was crazy worst place I've been to chucky cheese is better than this place.

  The 2 stars are solely because of Brandon’s 5-star customer service. We booked our table at Dave & Buster’s more than a month in advance specifically to watch the football match from the seating area in front of the big screen. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told we could not have the table we had reserved. The staff member who spoke with us was not particularly helpful and came across as quite rude. What made the situation even more frustrating was that halfway through the match, a large table in the exact area we had requested remained empty. Seeing that table unused while we were denied it made the experience even more disappointing. I came all the way from England to watch this match, and I was genuinely upset by how poorly this was handled. My friend was so disappointed that she was close to tears. The venue itself is large, and the food was decent—I had a salad that I enjoyed. However, the one bright spot of our visit was Brandon, who was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. His excellent attitude and customer service deserve 5 stars and were the only reason this review is not lower. Sadly, because of the poor handling of our reservation, the lack of communication, and the disappointing customer service we received from others, this was not the experience we were expecting. I hope management takes reservation requests more seriously in the future.

  This place is a mixed bag. The arcade has too many machines out of order on any given visit, the pool tables are poorly maintained (warped felt, missing chalk, loose pockets, rattling cuesticks, no bridge), and the bathrooms are consistently grimy. Most of the staff seem indifferent at best. Getting someone's attention in the front can be an exercise in patience. The one shining exception is Steve at the bar. He's attentive, personable, and actually seems to care about the experience he's delivering. Every interaction with him is a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the visit. Honestly, he's the only reason this isn't a 1 or 2-star review. Fix the machines, clean the bathrooms, take care of the pool tables, and give Steve a raise.
