  Was held hostage in this drive through line for 30 minutes. Who knows what was going on, except making everybody there late from lunch. Food is fine, service is atrocious.

  One of the worst Chipotles I’ve ever been to. Very dirty restaurant. I was not given a receipt which they required to provide by the law (I ordered to go, thought it was in the bag). Ordered a bowl with smoked brisket - very little of brisket was found in my bowl and 50% was fat… Will never come here again.

  Very disappointing. I placed an online order when i saw a long line in the restaurant and only 1 person behind the counter taking orders/making food, and 1 person on the register. This is at prime dinner time of 6:30pm on a Wednesday. The app told me my order would be ready by 6:40pm. Apparently they have a 2nd prep area for the drive through in the back kitchen. By the time I would have made it to the front of the line at 6:45pm, my order was not ready. So I asked the cashier for an ETA of when I could expect my food. She said that it would be just a couple more minutes, they were almost done. Then 5 minutes later a manager comes out to give someone else their order and asks me if I'm waiting for something. I explained the situation, and by this time it is 6:55pm and I've been waiting 20 minutes for my order. He said that he was short 4 workers that night, and the health inspector had just finished an inspection, but he would start making my order now. Another 10 minutes pass and I finally get my order, a full 30 minutes after I placed it. I should have just waited in the line! The manager said he left a large empty cup in my bag so I could enjoy a free drink for the inconvenience -- at that point, they should have comp'd the entire meal as a gesture of goodwill for their poor service experience. It's no wonder why most Chipotle locations have few customers these days. The only reason this location had a line was apparently because nobody wants to work there either.

  I was first met by omar..I couldnt help but to observe as he assisted the person in front of me; i was super hungry and had been thinking of the honey Chipotle for at least a week..lol..anywho.. he was putting together a kids quesadilla with sides.. i commented how that looked like a perfect idea with the generous 3 side options.. he let me know the quesadilla was an option in regular size if id like.. :) but instead I asked if I were able to do a single taco and a burrito..he said sure! We have a single taco also! Yay!! Have to say the Chipotle chicken is amazing in the crispy taco shell..then Cari was near by finishing up with the previous guest and wiping the counter down.. when i asked about the lettuce situation that's been in the news.. omar let me know it was double washed so its super clean and cari reassured the lettuce was top notch :) she also overheard me going on and on about the honey chicken and advised it will be on its way out soon..but not to worry as the brisket will be there ! She said if you liked the honey chicken you would probably most definitely like the brisket...though disappointed i jumped on the honey chicken train so late.8n the season..i now have something else to look forward to!! Thanks Cari!! Next step, she helped me with building my burrito.. and have to say...the ingredients were plentiful on both the taco and the burrito! Seems they have fixed the issue mentioned in earlier comments..i will be back for another round of the chicken soon and eyes open for that brisket!!! Kudos to Omar and Cari and to whomever hired them! Its hard to find great customer service and you spotted it in those two.. :) congrats!

  I order takeout from this Chipotle several times a week, and unfortunately the experience during the lunch rush (11:30 AM–1:00 PM) is consistently disappointing. No matter when I place my order, the pickup area is packed with dozens of people waiting for their food. Even when I order 20 minutes in advance, my order has never been ready when I arrive. From what I've observed, the workflow seems to be the biggest issue. While the kitchen struggles to keep up with online orders, there are often two or three employees working the register when one person could likely handle that role. Meanwhile, the takeout production line falls further behind, creating unnecessary delays and frustrated customers. It also feels like there is little or no active management during the busiest part of the day. If there is a store manager on duty, the operation certainly doesn't reflect experienced leadership. The restaurant's busiest two-hour window is being lost to poor organization, and after 1:00 PM the store becomes relatively quiet. This location has great potential, but management should seriously evaluate staffing allocation and the entire online order workflow. Better supervision and a more efficient distribution of employees during peak hours would make a huge difference for both customers and the staff.
