I was served by what appeared to be a new employee, and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet the usual standard. I had to repeat my order several times, and the portion sizes were incredibly sparse the rice barely covered the bottom of the bowl, and the other ingredients were just the same. Given that I’ve never had issues here before, the inconsistency in training is disappointing. It felt like every portion he scooped was coming out of his pay check

I walked out with a tiny burrito after spending $35 on lunch for my bf and I. My tiny burrito is the size of Taco Bell, not worth $12. I hate chipotle. Have yet to find a good location in Irvine. 😒👎
