  California Barranca Pkwyにある Chipotle Mexican Grill。（201306E） 間もなく帰国するため、悔いのないようお気に入りの食事を食べ歩き。 ここはメキシコ料理のファストチェーン。 タコスやタコライス的な具材を自分の好きな組み合わせでオーダーできる。 ライスの上にレタス/アボカド、ピーマンや玉ねぎのスライス、それに鶏/豚/牛から肉のトッピングを選ぶ。 最後にソースをかけて完成。 やろうと思えば自炊できそうなものだ。 お値段も比較的安く日本の牛丼的な位置づけだろう。 雰囲気も込みで、早い安い旨い。 メキシコ料理は日本人の口に合うと思う。 タコスもそうだが野菜の使い方が上手。 ハラペーニョなどの激辛素材も多いが、苦手向けにも配慮があるのが嬉しい。 本場のメキシカンはもっと美味しくて、路上で売ってるタコスなど1つ100円位で激うま。 日本で流行らないのが不思議なくらい。

  Everything was OK but the white rice was clumpy and very salty. I felt like whoever made the rice didn't mix it up properly. Also, the stir fried veggies had burned pieces. I had to fish them out.

  I came in and told them I have a gluten allergy and needed my order handled per the allergy protocol. The first server, a white man, changed his gloves correctly. But then a second server, a Black lady, took over, and she did not wash her hands — she just swapped gloves. On her first attempt she scooped vegetables that had been sitting out on the counter straight into my bowl, which defeats the purpose of a gluten-allergy order. When I pointed it out, she did not acknowledge that anything was wrong, and I had to ask her to remake it. She clearly was not following the gluten-allergy protocol, and the whole thing was handled sloppily. I'd suggest this employee get retrained on the allergy/cross-contamination process.

  Just now at 12:30pm may10, 2026 , i picked up 3 order from barranca pkwy, irvine, ca. They put all 3 bowl order in one paper bag which burst open when I was carrying it walking from car to my house. All fell down on the road, leaked open with food all over the place. 1. It is so dump to put 3 bowl in 1 paper bag which is so poor quality to not hold it. T is Manager's responsibility to tell staff not to put more than 2 bowl in one bag. 2. Aluminum top of bowl was not properly closed and it spilled open after falling on road. Very poor management and staff service with no proper training and care. Very ignorant and careless service.
