I understand food prices have gone up everywhere, but if prices are increasing, the portions should not be shrinking at the same time. The meat portions are tiny, the rice and beans are skimpy, and you constantly have to ask for "a little more" just to get a normal-sized burrito. It feels like customers are being nickel-and-dimed on every ingredient now. What really pushed me to leave this review is the hot sauce situation. Every single time I order takeout, I ask for 3 hot sauces, and every time they're only filled about a quarter to halfway full. Why? If I'm paying premium prices for fast food, I shouldn't have to beg for sauce that's barely even there. Chipotle used to feel like a good value. Now it feels overpriced, inconsistent, and stingy with portions. Management really needs to pay attention because customers absolutely notice this stuff.

The hung up on me every time. They even left me on the line for a couple of minutes thinking that they hung up on me saw I was on the other line then clicked
