I went back to ask for a remake without the guac, but the service I received around 5:00 p.m. was awful. I work in customer service myself, so I understand people have bad days, but this was far beyond that. I asked for a small amount of beans, and instead I was given a huge scoop with a lot of bean water. I also wasn’t refunded for the guac I no longer wanted. I ended up leaving upset and throwing the food away. It was a waste of money, and I expected much better.

Even on busy days the line moves quickly and the staff are efficient and provide nice portions or protein. There is some indoor seating and plenty of outdoor seating. The chips are some of the best, very crispy and perfectly seasoned with visible salt flakes

My food was thrown into this bowl, with the most skimpy portions of the most unappealing meat and rice I’ve had in a while, which was at my last visit to a Chipotle. Consistently your brown rice is overcooked and just hurts my teeth. The steak was dried out from being the last of the meat. The bowl wasn’t even full. Why do I keep coming? I should stop. You guys have given up on being quality. I didn’t even finish the food.
