I order the exact same ingredients at Chipotle every time, and this was by far the smallest portion I have ever received while also being the most expensive. At other Chipotle locations, the same order usually costs around $11–12, but I paid significantly more here for much less food. The restaurant was busy, but the employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than engaging with customers. When I looked at my bowl and asked, “Is that all?” the employee simply replied, “That’s it.” Overall, the portion size, pricing, and customer service were all disappointing. This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning to this location.

- AAAshkerMay 20, 20261.0Worst portion size in all of Irvine. They barely take half a scoop of anything they put, whether it’s rice, beans, or meat. By the end, it looks like a kids’ meal. And the taste is pretty mediocre too. The meats are taken out so quickly that they don’t even seem fully cooked. This branch can single-handedly damage Chipotle’s name. It’s probably only surviving because of its prime location. Who knows, maybe the owners are being stingy just to pay their rent. Don't see them having repeat customers.
