- JJJoseph Jiron1 day ago1.0This place needs to really focus on cleanliness to create a nice eating environment. As soon as we walked in we saw an extreme mess at the very first high top table with either dried up throw up or a lot of food on the floor. Thereafter the tables were wiped off, but the mess was left. Not good to create a welcoming eating environment. Yet when the line of orders declined, staff had time to talk as a group... No cleanup. Turn the lady at the cashier was rather rude and insensitive very serious oriented, some people skills would help or don't put such stuff customer-facing. Definitely opportunities to improve. I expect more from Chipotle.
- JRJared RichardSep 17, 20261.0Try to contact them for a catering order via their phone number, their AI chatbot would not allow me to call the store directly and when I listed the reasons for calling to speak to the general manager Luis the chat bot refused to connect me. I just wanted to place an order and ask a few questions, like the staff told me I should. After 6 minutes the chat bot hung up on me. I just want a direct way ask questions, as the supervisor on shift today told me I should. So frustrating that this Chipotle suffers from corporate implementation of incompeteny technology. Don't call them unless you want a headache.
