  This location is known to skimp out. My pita wrap was very sad even though I asked double of everything for the same reason that they're stingy.

  Came in and was helped by Sophia. She was so kind and professional. She made sure to answer all my questions and provided 5 star service. She is a gem to this location and I will be back due to her professionalism. Thank you Sophia!

  The woman who was the first person serving food on the line yesterday was extremely rude. If you have difficulty understanding English, you should work on your communication skills rather than being rude to customers. I paid not only for the food, but for the service as well. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.

  We come to Cava regularly and usually have great service, but tonight one staff member was extremely rude. The feta on the main line was out and he refused to refill it or get it from the online order station, which had feta in plain sight. Unfortunately the person that was supposed to be “serving” us didn’t have his name tag on. He was shorter with piercings and tattoos. We will not be returning to this Cava. Unprofessional and rude staff. They need to have a manager on site so they can be monitored and coached.
