- ATAl ToApr 20, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Saturday, April 18. We arrived around 9:03 PM after confirming the restaurant was open until midnight. My group included my elderly mother (in her 80s), my wife, and our two young children. Despite this, we were told that the only available seating was at high-top tables. I explained that this was not suitable or safe for my mother and children, but the staff said all other sections were already closed and no exceptions could be made. We were then asked to leave if we didn’t want to sit at those tables—even though we had already been led inside. Closing standard seating areas nearly three hours before closing time and refusing any reasonable accommodation for a family with an elderly guest was very disappointing. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I hope management reviews this situation and improves how they handle similar cases in the future.

When ordering the sampler, I wasn’t asked which sauces I wanted and was told the sauces were automatically assigned. I requested two marinara and two hatch queso’s instead. When the food arrived, we realized we never received the bogo for the wings. I also noticed the chicken dippers were regular instead of spicy. I spoke to the manager, who asked me to follow up with my server, but we waited quite some time and ended up just eating the food as-is. The server only came back near the end to ask if I wanted a drink refill. At that point, I was already disappointed and just asked for the check. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating—especially since I’m pregnant and was really craving the spicy chicken dippers. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and attentiveness going forward.
