- MBMabil BecerraApr 11, 20265.0Recently moved to Irvine and had to say bye to my local bagel spot. I’ve came twice to this Bruegger’s location and I’ve been so satisfied with my experience. First time I came here was Easter and the entire staff who probably should have been with their family celebrating the holy holiday, were at work instead with the biggest smiles and greatest attitudes. Paloma, Santiago, and Romano were there offering great service and in great spirits. I returned for the second time this morning and I was graced by their presence. They’re always so happy and are sure to greet everyone coming through the door. My boyfriend and I sat and enjoyed our delicious bagels for the second time. Staff walked by often cleaning and making sure we were enjoying our breakfast. Bathrooms were clean and you can tell they take great pride at what they do. Thank you for your great hospitality.
