I placed a pick up order from the restaurant page, but I realized after placing the order that it was for the wrong store. I called to cancel the order and a lady name Esmeralda was rude and she said she was going to refund the money. I called back tuesday to make sure if the refund was issued. A guy picked up and he asked esmeraldda about the refund in spanish and I overheard her say "QUE QUIERE , QUE PASO" the guy asked her for the refund and she said " no se lo regrese" and they hung up on me. I called back this morning and they said she didnt do the refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
