  I usually avoid this supermarket because of the long lines and rude management. However, today I had no choice but to go in due to a rush. To my surprise, the store was spotless, there were no lines, and the employees seemed eager to work. As I was searching for my jerk sauce, I encountered a friendly worker named Kevin G. He kindly guided me to the right section. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific brand I prefer, but the exceptional customer service I received made up for it.

  First I want to say I would’ve given a 5 star review! I came and bought some fried chicken and potato wedges and Mark was such a great help! He was very friendly and had awesome customer service. However I’m not sure if the woman Carolina is a manager but the way she was speaking to him after I guess she was coming from a break was uncalled for. She was getting on him about something to do with the refried beans and the rice but I just think that should be done in the back not in front of customers. It’s not like he was just standing around, he just set out potato wedges and was cooking in the fryer as well so…. It just turned the vibe sour. Instead of her, pulling him to the side and maybe taking care of it herself if she works in that department.
