  I’m leaving this review because of the customer service experience during a recent takeout order. My mother placed a $57 order, and I went to pick it up for our family. The woman working the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. When I asked simple questions, she responded with a cold stare and an unwelcoming attitude. When I accidentally forgot to grab the wings from the order, she said, “You’re not gonna grab the wings?” in a very condescending tone instead of politely pointing it out. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. The food itself was fine, but customer service matters.

  The delivery time was extremely long and I had to reheat my pizza in the oven. Not happy about either one.

  I prefer picking up the pizza then getting it delivered. When I order takeout it's always better then delivered. I don't know why, it just is :/
