So far, only had Beef patty and veggie spinach patty. They came fresh out of the oven hot just before noon.
Beef had good flavor and a hint of spice but the veggie was less gratifying. The crust wasn't bad, on the flaky side with room for improvement but I would try it again although I felt a bit pricy for a patty.

Most authentic Jamaican food I have been able to find so far in Los Angeles/Inglewood.

THIS IS EVIL! They made us wait for over 8 hours and kept calling us telling us our food was almost ready and we never got food!

If you find yourself in the Inglewood area and craving authentic Jamaican food, make your way over to Hungry Joe's. It's a small hidden spot that offering big flavors.
I stopped in for a late lunch and grabbed a couple of large plates to go: Jerk Chicken for the misses and Curry Goat for myself. The chicken was tender and packed with sauce, though I wouldn’t have minded a bit more heat to really bring that jerk flavor home. The Curry Goat, on the other hand, was spot on and perfectly cooked with a rich, well
balanced curry that hit all the right notes.
Overall, everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back for another round.
Pro tip: Call your order in ahead of time. If you order at the counter, be ready to wait, it can take a while. Also, consider taking your food to go. There’s limited outdoor seating, and it fills up quickly.
Food was fresh, served hot, portion size good, customer service was on point as well.
