  Very clean restaurant, including restroom. Amy was very warm and friendly when she gave me my order. Big smile, looked me in the eye. The manager, Claudia walked through the dining room and asked guests if they needed napkins or anything else. Excellent service like this is rare these days and I couldn't let it go unrecognized. At the El Pollo Loco, it's hard to get one female employee to even look up to ask her for the restroom code. I'll try to eat at this location more often even though it's a bit out of the way. The service makes the difference. Thank you, Claudia and Amy!

  I really enjoy el pollo loco since it was a Mexican own. But in the last two occasions I have found hair in the food. That kills the appetite and makes me feel sick to my stomach. I which they were more careful.
