  Always have probably getting items you request additional. They claims it's in the bag, but when you get home it's never in the bag. Very frustrating.

  Lady never came to take my order she just sit there doing other things just looking at me. We never seen a word to each other no greeting no nothing. Highly not recommended

  Thank you Dulce and Sarah for handling the situation professionally and gracefully. Marcelo you should be fired. You are a terrible employee. I was allowed to enter in the store pass dining hours because I told the employee at the door that I was picking up an order placed through the app, she allowed me in. Dulce asked marcelo to assist me to which he rudely and abruptly said "the register is closed go to drive thru line" I told him I was walking and my order was paid for. I also noticed dulce finishing my specific order and told Marcelo my food was ready behind him. He then said he didn't have a cashier to help me, and repeated the same line about the drive thru, which had 5-6 cars in it and I was walking. I told him I was walking, my order was paid for and ready behind him and just needed to be handed to me. He repeated the same line, only louder. And then treated to call the police if I didn't exit his lobby. Thank god Dulce and Sarah came in to assist and hand me the food so that I could be on my way. Marcelo you don't deserve to work where you have to deal with people. You are not only rude but extremely obnoxious and a bad look for your coworkers and company.
