  I got a meal for 2 it had only 2 burnt pieces of chicken a burnt wing n cold burnt thigh ima add a picture. I asked for beans they gave me corn .

  Very Bad experience i wanted to pay cash for my lonch but they don't have charge a $100 so I end up get something else and very disappointed. This is the second time that happened to me.

  I am extremely concerned about an incident that occurred at the El Pollo Loco drive-thru located at Manchester and Aviation. Today, between approximately 7:15 p.m. and 7:59 p.m., I purchased a meal with a Coca-Cola. While I was drinking my soda through the straw, something slimy came through the straw and into my mouth. I immediately stopped drinking because I had no idea what the substance was. It was a very upsetting and disturbing experience. I am requesting that the restaurant manager immediately review the drive-thru security cameras during that time frame and inspect how my drink was prepared and handled. I would also like the beverage station, ice machine, soda dispenser, and any other equipment involved in preparing drinks to be inspected to determine whether there was a contamination issue. As a customer, I expect food and beverages to be prepared in a clean and sanitary manner. This incident has raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control at this location. I am asking El Pollo Loco’s corporate office to investigate this matter thoroughly and contact me regarding the findings. I hope appropriate corrective action is taken so that no other customer has a similar experience. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter.

  People are sleeping on El Pollo Loco. Service is attentive and helpful. Good comes out fairly fast--it's made fresh so it does take a few minutes. Price is inexpensive. I usually get the chicken guacamole burrito. The tortilla is nicely crisped and holds together well. Guacamole tastes good. Chicken is well seasoned. I usually get the all white meat. Seating is nice with the booths.
