The employee serving me was extremely rude and kept snapping ‘anything else?’ so quickly that I barely had time to answer as I moved down the line. On top of that, they burned my tortilla in the press and completely forgot my second order. If someone was new, that’s understandable—but it was unacceptable for the more experienced staff to stand by and let the line fall apart while customers dealt with the consequences. The whole experience felt disorganized, careless, and dismissive. Do better.
