  DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER!! I would give 0 stars… Came here last week ordered online and picked up my order went home only find I received ALL 3 of my salad bowls completely wrong and missing more than half the ingredients including meat rice lettuce salsa corn sour cream and more! Even the portions they did include were mere scraps… a joke. Everything I added to the online order was completely different to what I received. I submitted a complaint survey and chipotle did nothing said they won’t offer a discount or refund for their mistakes! This company is a joke please do not come here and If you do make sure they serve adequate portions and check they get your order correct!

  I’m not one to complain but how am I supposed to eat this it’s super stiff and crumbles. It tastes bad too. Lastly I had a free double protein code that very well should’ve worked but when they scanned it, it didn’t work I used the scan in store option I put my order into the app and it definitely should’ve qualified.

  Disgusting food safety standards & stale food! Absolute health hazard. I spent nearly $30 on a mobile order at this location (Store #3578 on Imperial), and the chips they gave me were rock-hard, completely stale, and tasted like they had been sitting out for days. Consuming them made me severely sick. It feels like management is forcing staff to reuse old, expired food to save money, completely ignoring customer safety and health standards. Charging $30 for a meal only to give people stale, unsafe food is unacceptable. Management needs to be investigated for how this store is being run. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want food poisoning.

  Came in today and it’s sad that the food is chard. It’s overwhelming to try and eat near your home and the food is burnt. When I asked how long for more chicken. A girl by the name Edith who claims to be the manager was so rude and disrespectful. She has a I don’t give a damn attitude. She told me to choose another meat or wait 20 minutes cause they have chicken that’s ready now. I said but it’s burnt ma’am you can see the black chard pieces all in the container. She then ignored me. The next guess ask her to stir the chicken so he can get Pieces that was not burnt she said no it’s all the same do you want it or not. He asked her name she said you can call who you want I don’t care. That’s how I got her name. She must be friends with the hiring manager cause ain’t no way they allowing her to treat the customers this way. It’s unacceptable and a damn shame. Reading the reviews I’m not the first person who has complained about her. I won’t be back and from what the man said he not coming back either. Maybe when the place lose a lot of customers that’s when they will get rid of her.
