Instead of standard scoops, I received kid scoops. I still have the untouched ice cream in my freezer because of how disappointing it was. When I called the next day, the manager acknowledged that the girl who did my scoops was new, but remained defensive, stating that she trains all of her employees to give the correct scoop portions, then told me to email the owner. I did, and I also contacted corporate, but the owner has completely ignored the emails including the one from corporate. It has now been several days since my visit and a refusal from management to resolve the issue. Poor management and customer service. It seems I’m finally getting the experience that all the 1 Star review customers on other platforms have received over the years. For reference, I’ve been a regular at this location for 9 years, in part because the service has always been great, until now. No worries, there are plenty of ice cream shops in my neighborhood including Jeni’s (unique flavors) , Salt and Straw (fun atmosphere), and Cold Stone (epic portions), and plenty of other Baskin Robbins locations. I won’t be going out of my way just to support this one anymore.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
