  Located on Jefferson & Northgate near the 10 FWY. We used the drive-thru for a to-go meal. The food was handed to us in an open container, so my sister asked for a lid since we were eating later. Stephanie treated this request with extreme rudeness, as if we were asking for a free item. When we asked for her name, she glared, aggressively snatched the lid back off our food, handed the meal to a coworker, and walked away. While I understand everyone has bad days, paying customers should not be treated with such hostility for a basic request. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for frontline staff. The food was good and the location is convenient with inside seating, but we will never return based on our experience here.

  I came here the night of 6/26/26 after leaving a funeral and whatever man was working was completely unprofessional and insanely rude and made my day 100000x worse (he was tall and skinny with tattoos 30s and looked drugged up lowkey). When I came through the drive-thru there was two cars in front of me and it looked like their drive-thru was down since no one was answering so the cars in front of me just drove up to the window…so I followed like any other person would. But when I got to the window the man working practically yelled at me “WHY DIDNT YOU ORDER AT THE SPEAKER HUH?!?” And I replied “Because I thought it was broken everyone else moved up” and he closed the window on me. All I wanted was a slushy after the night i had. I was completely in shock because I have worked fast food for years and it really is just not that serious. They weren’t in a rush, There were only two cars, and I had a one item order. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service from someone. I finally got my slushy at the end of the transaction and the girl who handed it to me was the biggest sweetheart ever and I have actually seen her working there before in the past (brown hair, glasses i think, average height). Whoever that girl is deserves a promotion and whoever that man is deserves to get fired.

  I don’t have Sonic near LA so when I’m near a Sonic I always visit. However, this past weekend I ordered chili cheese fries and I found the longest blonde hair in my food right before I took a bite. I was extremely disappointed and upset. If I could give them zero stars I would. Also, why are hairnets not worn by the people preparing food!? What an awful experience.

  Worst place ever they have disrespectful and racist employees. I am Hispanic and they thought my family were selling drugs when we just all got out of work and just wanted to get some food. Worst service ever never coming back to this place anymore

  I am pregnant and I was denied service because one of the ladies would not take our order because we said our order wrong at first she was very disrespectful and had no manner towards us I just had gotten off of work and didn’t not eat all day and this is what they call service?!?! She then call the police and proceeded to say that we were both Hispanic, and that it looked like my boyfriend who mind you just got off of work, looked like he was selling drugs. This is discrimination and unprofessional. And racist
