All over wanting ranch cups instead of the garlic butter ones. She said u have to exchange them im the app....instead of showing me where to do that she argued with me and when I mentioned I've never had this issue b4 when I talk to Carlos she lose her voice at me and said 'Carlos isnt a manager!' I told her he is a manager I've talked to him b4 then she got angry and said hes not the store manager.......at the end she exchanged them and told me with an attitude 'ill exchange them this time but I wont do it again'. Horrible service from her. If I ever talked to a customer like that id be suspended if not fired. Very unprofessional and very poor representation of papa johns. Carlos, a manager, is a great representative of the store and he takes care of his customers. But rosaria...i honestly hope I never have to deal with her again...ever

Best pizza and customer service I have ever had from Papa John's. Friendly, made eye contact, personable, and the pizza was literal perfection. I ordered extra pepperoni, and they hooked it up Give those two a raise!!!
