    I ordered my favorite drink, the Dulce de Leche, and it was perfect as always! šŸ„°ā˜•ļø This is definitely my favorite Dutch Bros location to visit, and Mayah is a big reason why. She was so friendly, welcoming, and made me feel appreciated. Thank you, Mayah, for always making the experience so great! šŸ’•

    It was a lovely experience! I received my order and it was perfect! The customer service was fast and efficient. I received my iced latte with the best soft top Iā€™ve ever tasted. I want to recognize Mayah. She pleasantly took my order , was very helpful and very informative about the menu. Thankfully since I had a lot of questions lol. Will be coming back šŸ˜Š

    Came for a drink and received attitude and rbf. This girl was genuinely awful, like how are you going to choose to work in food/drink service (ESPECIALLY DUTCH BROS where their goal is to be friendly and leave you with a good experience) and she not be hospitable. I received my drink fine but not after getting a strange mean mug from this shorter girl. Seemed like she didnt want to be there. The girl I was talking to originally was lovely and then this different girl comes up with my finished drink and the most attitude in her face and tone. Genuinely threw me off and rubbed me wrong. Enjoyed my drink but definitely not that interaction. I asked for her name and I believe it was (Maya) or (Mayah)? Rude young lady. She needs to be aware of the way she looks at customers, and the affect that has. Im used to being received with a lovely energy from this dutch, and left with a nasty taste in my mouth this time.

    Absolutely ridiculous experience. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a single latte. There is no reason a coffee order should take that long. Management needs to do a better job training their staff to work faster and more efficiently. Standing around chatting while cars pile up isnā€™t good customer service. If youā€™re going to have a line wrapped around the building, you need a system that keeps things moving. This location has turned getting a coffee into a half-hour commitment. Do better.
