  They didn’t get my drink right this is the second thine this happens at a Dutch I ask for it with blue raspberry they lady talking the order said okay if they didn’t have blue raspberry could’ve said instead giving me a drink that has no flavor. I am genuinely disappointed because I always gotten drinks from Dutch. As well highly talk about Dutch

  I recently visited this Dutch Bros location and had a frustrating experience that I think management should be aware of. The staff were friendly, but it became very noticeable that several employees spent an extended amount of time socializing with one particular customer in the drive-thru who appeared to be someone they knew personally. While it's understandable that regular customers build relationships with employees, the conversation went on much longer than what would be considered appropriate during busy business hours. As a result, the rest of us waiting in line were left sitting unnecessarily while employees focused their attention on that one vehicle instead of keeping the line moving. Customer service should be consistent for everyone. It's great to create a welcoming atmosphere, but employees should be mindful that lengthy personal conversations can slow down service and make other customers feel like their time is less important. If they want to catch up with friends or regulars, it would be more appropriate to do so when there isn't a line of waiting customers or after the transaction has been completed in a way that doesn't delay others. I hope management reminds the team to balance friendliness with efficiency. Dutch Bros is known for its fast, energetic service, and I would like to see that standard maintained for all customers, not just those the staff know personally.

  I never have complaints about Dutch Bros at any location. I love the coffee but the location on Hwy 111 in Indio disappointed me. I pay extra for soft top & sweet cream & got only a sliver. Usually it’s enough that it gets stuck on the lid but not this time. At first I thought it was my drink because i couldn’t see the toppings. It should have had enough cinnamon sprinkles too but it didn’t. The coffee taste wasn’t great either. We shouldn’t leave a tip before we receive the service. I should have made them make another one but we were in a hurry & there were alot of cars. Make sure you get what you order & pay for.
