The AC is broken, its hot inside. Id rather wait outside than inside the restaurant. I think thats y it always looks empty. Food is good and people are nice. I feel bad for them though. They should put blinds on the windows or something

Absolutely the worst experience from a pizza place. Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and 1 was supposed to be vegan but cheese was added to it. I called for a replacement pizza but the girl on the phone pretty much said I would have to pick it up saying they don't give out free pizza. I just wanted a replacement pizza to be delivered since we ordered "delivery" for a reason. She hung up on me about 6 times in-between these conversations, being polite every single time. The last time I was like "you guys keep hanging up on me. Replace my pizza or you're getting a bad review" so here we are.. and I think the girl I was talking before handed the phone off to someone else by the way. Sucks because I like Papa John's too and it was such an easy fix but they chose the latter. Papa John's please train your employees to be better. Order was made 5:32pm 5/24/26

Super slow. Been here for a really long time and the order was placed ahead.
