  Disappointing first experience at this location. My usual menu options weren’t showing in either the app or kiosk, so I asked for assistance. The cashier briefly helped, but when I asked to check in for rewards before paying, I was told it was too late, even though payment hadn’t been completed yet. I asked if the order could be canceled and restarted so I could check in properly, and was told no because the order was already in the queue, despite not being paid for. Since I couldn’t use rewards and there was no effort to resolve the issue, I left without ordering. First and last visit to this location.

  DO NOT COME HERE FOR BREAKFAST….I don’t know how this location manages to mess up something as basic as breakfast, but they do—impressively. I ordered a Breakfast Crunchwrap, emphasis on crunch. What I got was a soggy, mushy blob that looked like it gave up halfway through being made. There was some kind of mystery sauce barely spread on half of it, and the whole thing was tiny compared to what’s advertised. Definitely not worth the money or the hype. I was still hungry (because, again—tiny), so I went back through the drive-thru and ordered a Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito. Somehow, that was even worse. Instead of a proper mix of ingredients, it was split down the middle like two completely different burritos got forced together. One half was just potatoes drowned in cheese, and the other half was dry eggs with random specks of tomato. No balance, no flavor, just confusing and poorly made. Half wet, half dry, zero consistency. It honestly felt like nobody in that kitchen knows what they’re doing. Terrible food, sloppy preparation, and a complete waste of money. Avoid this place unless you enjoy disappointment wrapped in a tortilla.

  I ordered 15 fire sauces, they gave me 7. IF I CAN ORDER 15 IN THE APP WHY DO I NEVER GET 15?!? I am so tired of not getting enough sauce. We ordered enough food for 3 people! Why even do drive thru at this point anymore? Why do they even give the option to order 15 sauces if they are just going to give half of that?
