I eat at Mediterranean restaurants all over Orange County, so I’ve had plenty to compare it to. The meat was dry, flavorless, and tasted like it was made with low quality beef. It honestly didn’t resemble a proper koobideh at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are far better Mediterranean restaurants in Orange County.
