  Unbelievable experience I had last night. I placed my order last night and got the email notification that it would be ready in 20 min at 10:04pm. I get there and waited behind a nice guy who seemed patient at first, but I could tell he was a little frustrated as he was told there were certain things they didn't have and he had to wait an additional 30 min for his large order he placed. I was hoping and expecting to pick up my order right on the spot, only to be told the same thing that they didn't have the crust I wanted as they ran out of stock. I was in shock and thinking at that point, "Shouldn't you guys have at least called me to let me know you were out of stock of something before coming over for it? I give the young kid a break, he felt bad and did apologize about it. After he told me he could make it with thin crust, I said that was fine and it would only be about 10-15 min. Well instead of leaving with my pizza at 10:25, I ended up with it at 10:45...40 min after it was supposed to be ready! At this point I thought I could give Pizza Hut another chance, but it's evidently clear: Pizza Hut is not how it used to be since the 90s. I'm done with them at this point.

  Coustmer services very bad i have pic up she say you need wait 7 minutes im still 10 minutes after than she say 10 more minutes

  My lemon pepper dry rub boneless wings were delivered to my car 9 minutes early after ordering through the app. They were delicious. I also got two personal pan pizzas and they were cooked perfectly.

  Cold food, old pizza, horrible pizza. You are better off buying frozen pizza from the market. The pizza will taste 10x better. 6/6 people of my party all tasted the pizza and thought it tasted off. We all got sick the next day and we all took only 2-3 bites of the pizza.

  Haven't had a bad experience here at this location in YEARS. The new manager(s) is/are very nice. Quiet, but very polite. Take care of me in a timely manner and the food is always delicious.. 👌🏼
