  This is not the first time I have experienced this situation at this particular McDonald’s location. I work as a delivery driver and often have to wait a very long time for customer orders. Employees repeatedly walk past the pickup area and deliberately ignore delivery drivers, acting as if they are busy and refusing to hand over orders that are already prepared. In this specific case, my order was already prepared and sitting on the pickup shelf, but I had to stand and wait for about 15 minutes just for someone to hand me the bag. It would have taken only a few seconds to give it to me. I am attaching a photo of the order. Unfortunately, this behavior seems to be a regular issue at this restaurant. I have also noticed many negative reviews online describing the same problem, yet the situation does not appear to change. It is disappointing that management has not addressed this ongoing issue. I hope this matter can be reviewed and that the staff at this location can be reminded to treat delivery drivers with professionalism and respect.

  The service staff always mess up and they have an attitude when you call out their mistakes. Also, no refill is offered anymore so the lemon is just not worth the squeeze at McD's anymore.

  👍 plenty parking & indoor seating 👎 allowed 1 hr maximum & no outlets (not good for remote workers/ students)
