  What the hell happened to this place?? I usually come for lunch and it’s been great but its 6:35pm on a Saturday and come in, chairs are all put up, all the food containers are mostly wrapped up and the girl behind the counter looked at me with such disgust, wouldn’t even say hi, just loudly complained to her coworker that I was there to order and continued to sweep the floor for a few mins while I waited. I’m sorry the hours say you are still open for awhile. I should have just walked out but the kid wanted a sandwich. Had to update that the bread we got ended up being hard and the bottom burnt, seems like they wanted to let us know they were upset we came in. Guess we won’t be back for dinner

  Fix your online ordering system!!!! How can I already have an account with My email address when I have never signed up for it. Then you can only get the promo online but you can’t get in the web online to access any orders online. Ridiculous.

  I should have been paying closer attention when we ordered our sandwiches. We were charged almost $50 for 2 large sandwiches and a bag of chips. They don't offer prices on their menu and they don't mention prices when you order. The staff were not very helpful or friendly. We asked for red onions on the sandwiches and were told they had those, but when we got home, the had used regular onion, which gives the sandwich a different flavor. I'm not a fan of Jimmy John's and only went because the hubby wanted to go there. I will never go to this shady business again, or any Jimmy John's for that matter.

  Jimmy John's is always delicious. Smaller portions but worthy sandwiches. They're the reason I like mayo and I don't Ike mayo...
