They laugh and ridicule you in Spanish when you tell them that they did wrong and they won’t even correct their own mistakes. Horrible experience and it’s not the first but this time is forsure the last. Giving good service isn’t that hard of a concept to grasp it’s 2026. Yall are just sitting there doing nothing/

They couldn’t understand that 2 orders of 3 tacos means 6 tacos… after correction the workers kept saying it meant 4 tacos. He was being confrontational and shaking his head…. I didn’t want our food to be spit in. Worst pollo loco I’ve ever been to. Do NOT come here.
