  Due to my health issues, I no longer eat at Chipotle. But that is absolutely not an issue caused by the food.

  The staff at this location was shocking. We went in on Saturday night at around 10:15 PM. The restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. When our group of five walked in, the employees told us they had “run out of food” and pointed to several empty meat containers. I asked if they were going to make more, and they told me that, in theory, they could, but it would take about 30 minutes and they would basically be closing by then. We stood there for a minute, and not a single employee offered to help us figure out what we could order other than to point at the shredded meats and say you could eat this. Eventually, all five of us left and went next door to MOD Pizza instead where we were cheerfully served great food! What made it even worse was that one of our friends had arrived about five minutes before us. When he ordered, they asked whether he wanted his food for here or to go. He said, “I’ll eat it here,” and the employee responded, “Hurry up, we are closing.” It wasn’t even 10:15 PM yet. I honestly could not believe an employee would tell a paying customer to “hurry up” when the restaurant was still more than 45 minutes away from its posted closing time. Chipotle lost roughly $100 in revenue from our group alone because the employees apparently decided they were essentially done serving customers well before closing. If this is how this location chooses to operate, that is incredibly disappointing.

  I always come to this chipotle & 9 times outta 10 it’s really good & doesn't dissapoint. Within the past couple weeks, the food has been cold, hard, stale, and just all around gross. Idk what you guys are doing differently or what new people got hired but it should change. I will say this, the morning & afternoon staff has everything down to a tee, im not sure about the night staff though

  I never leave bad reviews, but I got the worst food poisoning I could’ve ever experienced. I’m still fighting it right now. I’ve thrown up countless times and haven’t been able to lay down or sleep, truly sickening
