  Not trying to complain but I ordered online the second time pick up @11:30am I arrived at 11:32am order wasn’t ready I went to check in the order. The cashier having problems understanding the customer and I told her my name and she keeps repeating what’s my name and she went to check on my order a black female employee who did my order instead of handing the food to me she toss it on the shelves. So I went to talk to the cashier again and asked her why she didn’t hand the order to me but she tossed it on the shelves. Instead of addressing the issue she said sorry food spilled out of the bowl

  Been at this location a few different times in the evenings specifically and every single time the staff are the most miserable obnoxious people. Mainly the ones putting the order together. Food here is alright but the staff mainly are trash. They’re also ALWAYS out of food it makes no sense. If you’re that miserable get another job. Other people have said the same thing as well so not a one off. Keep in mind I’m not going in 10 minutes before closing, but a few hours before so no reason for any of that.

  I usually never write reviews unless if it's really good or really bad and unfortunately this is a bad one. For starters, the guy who handled the Chipotlane was listening to music while working so much so that he misheard the order name and left me unnecessarily waiting for 10-15 mins until a manager came to check up on me. Like seriously? You couldn't come back to me and affirm the name on the order again if you misheard it? Second, my high protein side of chicken was a side of RED SALSA. HOW CAN YOU MISTAKE A SIDE PROTEIN FOR A SIDE SAUCE?!?! You guys have messed up in the past before but this time there were too many unnecessary things that SHOULDN'T have happened that I just couldn't ignore from the service to the end product. Do better and maybe don't be blasting music to the point where you can't hear customers when they're talking to you.

  Manager has no idea how to manage their staff. No one was cooking food on 8-26-26 during dinnertimeprime time. One time a manager pulled the till while there was customers in line and no one could be cashed out. Manager needs to be Fired ASAP. I know its not the guys in the front.

  One of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant was extremely dirty — filthy tables and chairs, sticky floors, food and trash on the ground, and a clear lack of basic cleanliness. Several ingredients and options were unavailable, including lettuce, Fresh Tomato Salsa, and the new Chipotle Honey Chicken, even though I was there about an hour and a half before closing. The staff’s attitude made it even worse, especially the cashier. I ate my meal inside, finished, and only then took a few photos before leaving. I had not spoken to him since paying, yet while I was taking photos, he sarcastically said, “Come take a picture of this shelf too.” Rude and completely unprofessional. When I asked for a manager, none appeared to be available, and I was instead directed to the manager’s contact information posted on the wall. I genuinely like Chipotle and have been a regular customer for a long time, which makes this especially disappointing. This experience definitely changed my opinion to some extent. This location seriously needs better management, cleanliness, and customer service. I will not be returning. 👎🏻
