  Went on a Saturday night, so was expecting a wait. Totally worth it though. Everything we had was delicious-- meatballs, arugula salad, chicken dish, and rigatoni. Servers were very pleasant and easy going. A small restaurant with big flavors and a nice family vibe.

  My wife, son, and I came from out of town and upon arrival we were met with such kindness and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone from the servers to the cooks were very kind and generous even making our son his own personal pizza. If I could rate this restaurant 100 stars I would! It made us want to be locals. We will be back!

  I needed to find a late dinner stop to take my cousin after he'd spent the day on the train. We just happened to drive by and see it open. It was truly the best Italian food I'd experienced in Huntington Beach in decades. They started by serving us a plate of luscious pesto bread. Then I ordered a spring salad that was beautiful and big enough for all 3 of us. We shared a wonderful build your own pizza, using their unique pizza dough and our other relative ordered a beautiful chicken dish with portobello mushrooms, spinach and garlic made potatoes. The house tiramisu topped the meal and it was excellent. I can't believe I live a mile away and I didn't know Bollini's was there. I'll definitely be back.

  Me and my son are truck drivers and we were docked at the Restaurant Depot and had time to go eat we walked here and they were so nice that they let us in to eat after they were closed and they offered us free drinks I want to say thank you to Chef Christian’s and his staff for allowing me and my son to dine in. By the way the pizza was delicious. Again thank you and god bless you😎

  Our first visit to Bollini...enjoyed everything. The pesto bread was a tasty treat, the salads were flavorful and healthy portioned...the pizza...on point...thought the dough was really good, and you can't make good pies with subpar dough so thumbs uo.. Woodfired oven gets it done! The service was friendly and prices fair. We'll be back! Worth the visit.
