  Okay, knocking off a star from 4 to 3. First of all, I mentioned you guys have way too many curb side pick up spaces and you said in a reply that you would put it into consideration on fixing that.. but you didn't. And second, whoever the guy was on cashier 4 at 9:30 pm on July 28th keeps charging people for bags without asking if they want a bag or not. It's rude to assume and charge people like thay, and it's not the first time I ended up in his line at that time of night when he is the only option for check out and he dose it again and again. Please, someone tell him to knock it off, or I won't shop there at all and you get 0 stars plus I'll recommend people to other stores instead of that one. I've shopped at Bola location for years, been going there since 5, so you would lose a long time customer and the whole household too. That's at least 4 or 5 people not giving you money anymore.

  Staff always seems to be struggling at this location. The front lobby never has a person managing the area no matter what time of day. Showed up to store one day to make a purchase and get a roll of quarters but no one on the staff was capable of assisting me on that. One employee froze and shut down when I asked. After asking if I should go to the front lobby to inquire she said yes. When I approached the lobby; another cashier rudely informed me it was closed. I asked for their hours and she just said 6 am. So when I followed up asking when they closed she said 7. Lo and behold I approached the at 6:59 pm and it was already closed The person could have easily just helped me but actively chose not to.

  You know leaving a review for a grocery store is weird but I can't shake how RUDE the workers are at this store. So often I have gone as this is my neighborhood grocery store and left disgruntled because I was not served at one of the counters or some weird snide comment was said by the cashiers. Again, I know this is weird but I am just sick of it and frankly, I am tempted to actually call the management to give actual names or at least descriptions of the workers. Completely ridiculous. I know a customer service job is difficult, yes, but seriously have some sense of courtesy? Would be nice.
