  1 star. Great Mexican Pizza, but they act like taking physical currency requires a security clearance and a blood sacrifice. Do you know how convultuted it is to pay here? They have kiosks as soon as you walk in that is tap to pay only. They have a register near the bar for the bar, and cash payments. Well I didn't have a card to use and wanted to use cash. Big mistake. I stood at the register wanting to order. The dude told me I had to go back to the kiosk at the front. Order there. Then come back to where I was to then pay for it. So that's what I did, and then came back to stand for several minutes at the SECOND register to complete my transaction before anyone came over. The same register I had originally asked if I could order at. Then not only that, but they had a hard time finding my order and we're just overall confused I interrupted their work flow.

  I come here because of its location to work. It has a pretty upbeat atmosphere. The food is typical for Taco Bell. The service depends on who is working/time of day. My recent visit I had issues with trying to order the rewards specials through the app. Nigel took my order at the counter and made sure I got the discounts and knew how to get my rewards points. It is nice knowing that employees make an effort to give the customer the deals they are entitled to. Thanks Nigel.

  One guy at counter, telling you to wait for anything you ask. Bathroom please, WAIT. Cup holder, WAIT. Napkins, WAIT....

  I didnt want to leave a 1 star review, i will tell you my experience. We got in the restaurant with my dad, we ordered a burrito and my dad ordered an alcoholic drink. the girl already started to question things as if the alcoholic drink was for me or something. after that i ate, the food was perfect, and my dad went to the bathroom while i ordered another drink for him. I asked what flavour it is, and didnt understand at first and had to ask back twice, because im not from america and i dont speak the language perfect, also the music was really loud. After this she started sigh-ing and stuff like she had enough of us. After this i went to ask for her name, she said one second the manager came out and didnt tell me her name either. i told them i wont leave a 1 star just give me her name and they didnt after i asked many times.
