Was so excited at first to have some mediterranean food after a while. Food was okay not great. I got the chicken shawarma. No seasoning other than salt. Lady at the cashier was very rude for no reason to me before I’d even ordered. She acted like I was there to rob her of the washroom code without ordering food, when in reality my partner needed to use the washroom while I was about to order food. Like if that’s how you’re going to act to a potential customer, I don’t know how you expect to gain any customers. I realized after she’d already been rude to me that there’s a sticky note that says washroom code comes with food receipt - okay so then just say that to me instead of being rude?? Later on someone else came in to politely ask for the washroom code, she responded in the same rude manner, and then the other guy working behind the counter was laughing at this. If you think this is the way to treat customers and people who politely ask about the washroom, it’s not. Entire experience was a 2/5 and that’s being generous.
when we first entered, we needed to use the bathrooms so we asked for the bathroom code, but the cashier lady said "i dont know" and then we proceeded to ask if theres any way to use the bathroom and she said "no i just told you i dont know", then we assumed the bathrooms were for another establishment, but later we came to find out that the bathroom codes are on the printed receipts, why did she not just say you have to pay first? we were going to buy anyway, but she ruined the experience by behaving rudely
They make wraps that say chicken shawarma and beef shish kabob but the whole wrap is lettuce barley any meat at all , for me and my family to drive across los angeles just for this peice of crap is redicoulous . Also the girls at the register are so angry for no reason never come back i promise . I ate at so many mediteranean restrants this is the cheapest people in california i spent 100 dollars for lettuce and white rice
