  Service is amazing. Everywhere else you go, when it's your turn in line, the cashier says "next" in a bored voice without smiling. At this store, when it was my turn to order, Yeisy waved at me, had a big smile and said "thank you so much for waiting!" Then, I asked for a small modification on my order which most places would quickly deny but Yeisy asked her manager Anahi if it was possible, and she said "yes." I can't remember the last time anyone accommodated a simple request instead of claiming they can't do anything because that's what the menu says. Yeisy and Anahi really made me feel special today and I wanted to make sure their managers are aware of their efforts. No one asked me to write this review and I was going to fill out the survey but I lost the receipt.

  Customers beware. The female manager at this location is rude, disrespectful, unfriendly. I had a terrible experience at this location. The female manager was extremely angry because I asked her if she had any coupons. She felt I was asking for too much. She made me feel as if she was the owner of the company. I asked her if she was the owner and she replied: you are not the owner either " the difference is that I am a customer. I went with my family and she disrespected all of us . I have to say that the other female manager apologized in her behalf. There was another young man (employee) and he was extremely polite and professional. He didn't have a problem giving me a coupon. The manager that was upset got mad at the other employee because he gave me a coupon. She was so disrespectful that she didn't care there were several customers in line. Please, please... Properly Train this manager or let her go The owner of this store is going to loose a lot of customers because of the way this female manager treats the customers. The message to the customers She is sending is Don't come to the store I don't want your business. Rejecting customers hurst Business. I feel sorry for the owner of this store. Of course the solution should be to properly train employees or simply let them go.

  $30 is way too much money to do the employees job of using a POS and for them to forget the chips. The owners of El Pollo Loco clearly cannot wait to replace their employees with automation. They care not for you the consumer or their employees. Very dissasstisfied with the experience do not recommend. Lost another customer.
