    This place is horrible customer service. They are demanding and price gouge. Charged me $3.50 to add pepperoni to my sandwich. 5 sliced and an additional $2.50 for 2 slices of beacon. I told them it was cheaper when I ordered last. He became upset and told me they charge different. $63 dollars for three sandwiches is insane.

    My mother asking questions. The mngr gave my mother Free cookie. Time of purchase. cashier charged mother for a Free cookie. Cashier calling his mngr to verify.the MANAGER said NO she needed to pay for the Free cookie.WHAT THE HECK. HOW DARE YOU SUBWAY MNGR. HUMILIATING MOTHER SHES 85. WE LEFT. NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN. I GUESS THATS HOW THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED.

    I ordered online. They only put 3 slices of roast beef on my footling sandwich and when you call the phone number it says “the number has been changed and the new number is unknown”! Isn’t that convenient! We usually go here no issue except the employees are usually rude/indifferent but we will no longer go to the location on Boulder in Highland. Sandwich was very disappointing.
