  I have no problem placing my order at the kiosk except when I'm having a problem placing my order at the kiosk. What I mean is that when I place any order at McDonald's I make sure to either use points towards my purchase or accumulate points from my purchase and if there is a good deal for me in the app I will usually order it, but sometimes the code that the app gives me for my order doesn't work at the kiosk. For example, I used a code for a deal that gave me free any size fries with the purchase of any size fountain drink or beverage. I entered the code and it was accepted and I was prompted me to make my drink selection then when I was supposed to make my fry selection the screen went blank and stayed like that until it asked me if I needed more time? Of course I didn't need more time I needed a kiosk that worked properly so then I showed the screen to a manager and completed my order with a human instead of the robot I started my order with. I'm not really worried about a.i. taking over just yet, it can't even get my food order right. When that happens then I'll start to worry but probably not even then to be honest. I dont worry about things that are out of my control, like the weather, other people, animals outside of a 10 ft radius of me, my order at fast food restaurant's and most things in general. Later.

  I ordered off the McDonald app, I place my order through carry out, and I do not get my two syrups my free one that comes with the meal and the extra syrup that I paid for 25 cents. I get out of my car walk in ask for the two syrups and the lady says they are out. It would help if McDonalds put that on the menu sold out to let customers know that. I know it’s just syrup. That is like saying they don’t have cream, sugar, or any syrup to go in your coffee and just giving it to you plain. Do better next time.

  I ordered for the drive thru but was told to go in the spaces cause the fries would take a couple minutes. After half an hour of watching them give food to people who came after me it became clear they had forgotten me. No apologies, and if I hadn't asked where my food was with the receipt they would have let me continue sitting there all day. Terrible customer service, it's like the workers are aliens who don't know how to be polite.

  Food is good and service needs improvement. I’ve always had great service and food at this location. However like every fast food place they want to keep that drive thru moving for the clock. And every single time I forget to ask for something either ketchup or syrup or napkins. But it’s always something I med to eat with my order and it’s a necessity. And it’s something they should be asking or giving to begin with. When they rush I feel rushed off and drive off without even thinking of alway I needed to ask for and never get. I always have to go back around again to get it. Other than being rushed off after being handed my order and forgetting what else I needed to ask for and get my experience is great.
