- TLThomas LopezJul 31, 20262.0This location seldom fails to have some excuse for WHY their Wester Union Money Order Service is not available. I have been a customer here for over 15 years. I would say at least 85% of the time... I come and go disappointed... I arrive ready and willing to purchase a Western Union money order... Only to leave disappointed... With some excuse for why...it's not available today. Today the lady who explained that it is still not working was very compassionate and polite. But, in the past the guy who reminds me of Jack from... Will & Grace was very... Dismissive and rude about it. They have enough of a track record of having some excuse every month for why their machine isn't working 85% percent of the time... for me not even to waste my time... Unless I'm going to go there to purchase some of their marvelous groceries and they're beautiful store. Other than THAT -- don't waste your time at this location trying to buy a money order because it's an insane futile pursuit... that is rarely successful. I think this Albertsons is 100% delightful &, highly recommended for purchasing groceries -- especially specialty food items. Excellent! However, this particular location of Albertsons... I view as a waste of time if you're looking to purchase a money order. If I had a dollar for every time I wasted my time walking in to purchase a money order @ at this location only to walk out... With some excuse from the staff as to WHY the Western Union machine is not working today I would have at least $30 over a period... Of 15 years. A Great location for groceries. 👍🏽👍🏻 But, NOT 👎🏾👎🏿 so great for money orders.

I guess they did not recover post-COVID except on Thanksgiving when they are the only opened grocery store. Went today to get some items and the cashier, Cam, was rude because I asked her to switch out one of $20 dollar bills she gave me as a result of the change from my $100 bill. I guess everything was okay when she needed to check my bill, but NOT when I checked the bills she gave me back. Reported her to the manager, but then he clocked out. So, long story short...I, like others, won't be returning.
