  When we wanted quarters for my son their machine is broken so I asked the cashier for quarters but they said no but when 2 girls asked they got 5 in quarters when I wanted a dollar and on top of that they don't clean their tables right

  Went to pizza factory today for lunch buffet, around 12 pm. Was not busy at all. I love their pizza but haven't been there in many years. Staff was friendly and accomidating. Pizza was good, salad bar could have been presented in a more appetizing way. The facility presented old and outdated, tables were not clean, toilets were stained and dirty. Not an inviting place to eat in. I was disappointed.i may order pizza for take out but definately would not dine in.

  Giselle is the best! She is always so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend eating there, especially the lunch buffet.
