This particular location has never screwed my order up. I use the app and the food is usually done within minutes. The only thing I don’t like about this location is there’s no drink fountain to get refills.

Usually don't have any complaints about this location, but it's been a little rough with orders not being made correctly. At 2:51 today, I went and ordered food for myself and kids. I got a quarter pounder and requested NO ONIONS on my burger but add extra pickles. What I got was the opposite. No pickles and EXTRA onions..... I'm allergic to onions... 🤣 And I didn't notice it til I got home (live in Phelan) Anyways, can't eat my food but it is what it is. Just pay attention to alterations on meals, please. You don't wanna be the reason someone has an allergic reaction that could have been prevented ( I am aware y'all don't know ppls allergies, and accidents happen. ). Be mindful, please. This could have gone bad.

I come to this McDonald’s almost every day on my lunch break and order the exact same thing. Most of the employees are always friendly, welcoming, and even know me by name, which I really appreciate. However, the manager who is usually working the drive-through around 4 PM has consistently been unpleasant. She often has an attitude when taking my order, and there have been multiple occasions where it feels like my order is being intentionally messed up. Her interactions with me make me feel unwelcome, especially when I’m simply coming in as a regular customer and spending my money there. What really bothered me was being told, essentially, that I don’t have to spend my money there. That is not the type of customer service I expect from a manager. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this has happened enough times that it feels like a pattern. I really like the other employees and have generally had good experiences at this location. I just hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant is or who they are.
