  Staff are very quick and helpful. Food arrives quickly with lots of napkins, plastic ware, and condiments. They always smile and thank you for coming. Area is very clean. Prices are excellent. Food is very tasty with a large menu selection. So many types of drinks and shakes.

  Placed an online order said it would be ready at 828. Arrived at 830 and checked in. Tried calling at 840 since I still have not received my one item order no one answered.

  Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben. Nach 20 Minuten immer noch keine Bestellung aufgegeben, da an den Drive Inn Terminals garnicht reagiert wird. Mehrere wurden versucht. Selbst das Serviceteam fragte nicht nach obwohl sie uns gesehen haben. Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zeit hätte man definitiv anders nutzen können.

  Their drive thru speaker isn't clear so we had to place our hot fudge sundae (2) order at the window. Should've been easy. We were first handed 2 cups of something with strawberry topping. Nope. Not our order. Had to repeat the order again to the attendant & waited another 5 minutes (!!!) for them to deliver something close to what we asked for (1 actually had almost a teaspoonful of chocolate if I diligently scraped it off the sides of the cup, the other one had almost the usual amount.) The kids working there were nice & friendly enough, but some management oversight until they're delivering the food correctly & consistently, along with some site maintenance seems to be in order.

  Waited in drive through with a line of cars behind me. They had 4 cars in front waiting on food. They told me to wait multiple times and as the cars clear up the worker in the window tell me to move up. Im thinking their speaker went down even though they had been periodically asking me to wait. I then pull forward as does another car only to hear the speaker come on behind us and take a order from another car that was behind us. I just left the line and went to Dave's hot chicken . I was in line for almost 15 min before I gave up and left.
