They were good but the last two times I ordered a chicken breast it was very dry and small and there salsa went from I can't get enough of it to nasty and can't even eat iit On top of that I tried calling to speak to manager got put on hold only for them to hang tried calling back but they didn't answer so I called from different number and got the same scenario!!

First off, the girl working the window was one of the rudest window workers we've ever encountered. Totally unprofessional and rude, I understand people have bad days, but today 07/13/2026 at 1:00pm the girl working the drive thru window was way out of line. Next complaint the food is usually the same, that's why we frequent a fast food place. Well today the tortilla chips and churros tasted like week old grease(chemically). The horchatas were so gross we didn't even drink them. The chicken tacos were the only bright thing of our orders. The burritos were so poorly assembled they had food on the outside, and last but not least the chicken on the inside of the burritos was so gross like left over chicken from another meal that was put in the burritos as filler. Not sure I'll ever eat pollo loco again, but definitely not this location again. I gave this location a second chance after a previous bad experience because it's semi healthy, but never again.

The manager Patty is always nice a super welcoming.. She is always making sure we’re well taken care of overall great place and excellent service
