The chicken was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, and everything tasted like it had just come off the grill. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick even during a busy time. You can tell the team here works hard to keep customers happy. Definitely one of the better El Pollo Loco locations I’ve been to in California. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Juan in drive thru went above and beyond to make sure we had EVERYTHING in our order without having to ask 72625 times. His attention to detail was awesome. I hate to say it, but I have been known to be "that person" when it comes to ordering fast food. Let's just say that I take full advantage of "customizing" my order. To my pleasant surprise, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! From my substitutions to the utensils. Def my new fave place to go in Hemet for a meal that's quick and doesn't skimp on quality.
