While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Hemet,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- TDTony Dagostino2 days ago5.0Food and service were great. Very clean dining room.
- SJScott Johnson6 days ago3.0The quality of El Pollo's chicken has gone down. I ordered an 8 pieces family meal today for $30 dollars. The chicken tasted ok, but the pieces were much smaller than usual and they were very dry. You could buy 2 whole chickens from Stater Brothers plus sides from the deli for the same price. Corporate greed in this country is ruining everything.
- CJCheryl JonesSep 24, 20261.0Food was DISQUSTING!!! Will never go there again !!
- TTtracy tanSep 19, 20261.0My order was false advertising and prepared terribly. The staff act upset to be doing their job. You need to hire older people that actually need a job and maybe they will provide better service
- EEEnriqueSep 15, 20261.0Had to wait a very long time for my food. I had to leave because it was jit delivered on time.
