- CHCody HenleyJun 27, 20262.0Well I made an online order earlier and paid for my order even left a 5 dollar tip for having it delivered to my home and I was notified that my meal was being started, after waiting an hour I called to see where my food was at and I spoke to the manager and he told me there was a mix up at the store and my food was never delivered after getting a text saying it had been, he told me he was giving me a refund and was going to get my food made again and have it on its way to my house, well i never got my food or my refund and I tried calling the store right before 1am when they close and nobody answered the phone, what a horrible experience this was plus on top of it I'm now out $50 dollars because I don't have anything even pending as a refund in my bank account. Everytime lately when I order from here it seems something is wrong with my order, bad customer service or my pizza barely has cheese or sauce or toppings always something.

The back kitchen staff was working hard but whoever was up front definitely did not live up to service. If you ask for the name for pickup please follow through with how long it's going to be not just asking and walking away and helping everyone else that's walking in. I can definitely spend my money at your competitor.
