They obviously don’t care about their reviews because if you look through them, this is a very common issue that has still not been addressed after years. What are you guys going to do about this? This has happened to me so many times and I’ve remained a loyal customer. How are you going to fix it?

Now I have been going to chipotle for YEARS and have family that works at Chipotle. A customer should NVER have to wait 20 minutes for rice!! It’s a semi fast food restaurant. When it is running low there should be a new batch coming out in less than 5 min! This crew literally WAITED till it ran out to make more DURING a lunch hour!! Insanely ridiculous!! But what irked me more was this woman’s attitude about it. And when I told her to cancel our order she got upset. I’m sorry you decided to heat up tortilla BEFORE letting us know there was no white rice!!
