I came in with just my three kids—hardly a "large group"—and we were cut off after a combined total of only SIX tiny samples. My oldest had one taste, my middle had two, my youngest had two, and I was cut off after my very first taste. The employee abruptly stopped us and claimed we hit a "group limit," a rule never disclosed upfront. I couldn't even try a second flavor to choose what I wanted, so I couldn't get anything for myself. To make matters worse, the staff allowed my minor son to order a single scoop and tacked on two separate sides of candy ($1.29 each) without ever looking at me for parental consent. The employee just grabbed the gummy worms and gummy bears and set them right on the counter next to my son's ice cream before I even knew what happened. When I asked what it was, he just said "he ordered it." They put it out there to completely trap me into paying for it, knowing a parent can't easily make them take candy away from a child once it's served. When I asked to see the receipt screen BEFORE paying so I could verify the price breakdown of this $18 total for three single scoops, the female employee refused. She claimed she couldn't show me the total before I swiped and told me to just "look at the menu board." Bypassing a parent to upsell a child, using trap tactics on the counter, hiding the register total, and springing unposted sampling rules on a family of four after six total tastes is terrible business. Avoid this location on Sanderson and Stetson.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
