  Had place an order for 12:15 for an office birthday. I arrived a few minutes early, they said it would take thirteen minutes. 12:15 passes and they mark my order ready when its still not ready. I waited until 12:30 for my food. When I arrived at the office i realize they forgot my large side of veggies. I already knew this location is known for taking a long time but forgetting my food is where I draw the line

  I ordered online. They gave my order to someone else and made me wait 20 minutes to replace it.

  Placed a $200 order for wings multiple days ahead of time. On the day of our order they tell us less than 30 minutes before our pick up time they are out of two of the flavors, original hot and cajun, we had ordered. When we came in we asked for some ranch for the inconvenience and they still wanted to charge full price. Their justification was that they called to tell us they were out of the flavors so the inconvenience was justified. What's the point of placing an order ahead of time if you can't make sure you have the supplies to fulfill those orders?

  Horrible food quality. I ordered over the phone and did take out. The lemon pepper is lacking in flavor and barely seasoned and the hot honey has no flavor as well and was literally soaked in a pile of grease in my to go container. I did not even eat my food I was disgusted with the quality and bland taste. I’m contacting corporate to complain and a refund this is unacceptable

  I decided to stop at Winstop because I knew I would not make it home cor an early start Warriors game. Forgive me if I figured since they are a Warriors sponsor, they would have the game on. They had the replay of the Steelers v Ravens game on. I asked the guy if he was going to switch to the Warriors game. He said if he could find the remote he would switch. He sounded like it was no problem but he looked in the printer, the safe, the drawers etc...no remote. I went on and placed my order three times because he was preoccupied with some previous messed up order and was due to get off soon. You would think as a sponsor they would demand the Warrior game be a priority esp now. Some loud talking chicky came to replace the guy and I asked her if they found the remote. She huffed and said she hadn't even bothered to look. There were several uncleaned tables and papers on the floor. When I left they stood there and I heard him say she is leaving and angry. Dumbass. I will go back to Wild Wings. At least they show current games and their bar tenders are friendly. To hell with wingstop. This the one across from Target in Union city.
