I walked into this Dunkin and one of the employees was wearing AirPods and talking on the phone while customers were waiting. I tried to get her attention TWICE, and she continued focusing on her call instead of helping me. Finally, a guy came from the back wearing gloves and helped me. He was respectful and did his job properly, so I appreciate him. Management really needs to look at how some employees are behaving during their shifts. Customers are coming in and spending their money—they shouldn’t have to stand there and repeatedly ask for attention while an employee is busy on a personal call. Extremely unprofessional. Management, please pay attention to your staff.
- CCCeeDeeElAug 28, 20261.0First time ordering DD. Used the mobile app and paid with a gift card. Went to pick-up and was told they were out of donuts so all they had was our drink order. My gift card was charged the full amount of the order and the guy at the counter said he can't issue a refund and that I have to call DD for the refund. Asked him for a receipt for what I received, was told no receipt but DD customer service will know what I received vs what I ordered and will refund. Called 2 different numbers listed on the app and website but both went straight to a recording that "we can't take your call" and then it would hang up. Tried calling multiple times while we were in the parking lot and finally went back inside and asked the same worker for the number to call and was told to call the number on the app. Told him I tried many times but it's a recording. He said he can't help me, I have to call customer service. I ended up emailing DD when I got home. Waiting for my refund. My first and last time ordering from Dunkin Donuts. Epic disappointment.
