  I have been coming to Chipotle on Mission Boulevard regularly, and every visit has been a consistently positive experience. One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the staff. Every time I come in, the employees are kind, welcoming, and attentive. They have even started recognizing me when I visit, which makes the experience feel much more personal and welcoming. It is always nice to go somewhere where the staff remembers you and makes you feel like a valued customer. My usual order is either a burrito or a bowl, and I like to load it up with all of my favorite toppings while keeping it meat-free. I usually get the fajitas along with the other toppings and finish it with the cilantro-lime sauce, which adds so much flavor to the meal. I really appreciate being able to customize my order exactly how I like it, and the ingredients have consistently been fresh and flavorful during my visits. Recently, I tried the Chili-Lime Chips, and they were absolutely amazing! They have a delicious combination of crunch, seasoning, and a flavorful chili-lime taste that makes them much more exciting than regular chips. They were honestly one of my favorite things I have tried there recently, and I would definitely order them again. The lemonade is another favorite of mine. It is refreshing and has a great balance of sweetness and citrus flavor. It goes especially well with my usual bowl or burrito and makes the meal feel even more complete. What really makes this location stand out to me, though, is the consistency. Every time I visit, I can count on friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a meal made the way I like it. The fact that the employees recognize me and are always so kind makes a big difference and is something I genuinely appreciate. Overall, I have had a great experience at Chipotle on Mission Boulevard every time I have visited. The friendly employees, customizable meals, flavorful ingredients, Chili-Lime Chips, and refreshing lemonade keep me coming back. It is one of those places where I know I can get a meal I enjoy while also being greeted by people who make the experience feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location and will continue coming back!

  We ordered kids plate and asked to just add chicken instead of adding tortillas. The guy working was nice and added it that way and he was generous added decent amount of chicken. While paying the lady at the billing thought it’s more chicken so she went back to the line and removed the meat. I felt that if some one added little more meat, no reason to go all the way and remove it. I’m not worry about the meat quantity but it left like unprofessional. Last time also she was not happy about I’m using the free guac from my app. May be go easy on customers.

  Whoever was making the online orders on 8/18 around 3pm....WOW! Those were the most perfect and beautiful burritos I've ever seen and I've had a lot of chipotle. It was literally like a work of art. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Poor customer service. My daughter purchased a bowl to go. As she was eating, she noticed a clump of rice containing a tiny, wrinkled piece of paper. She pulled it out, stretched it open, and realized it was a straw wrapper—not hers, of course.I went back to show them what was in the rice and ask for a refund. The person who claimed to be the manager (I have my doubts) said this was impossible because the paper wasn't dirty or mixed into the food. I explained how my daughter found it stuck inside the clump, but she just accused us of putting it there ourselves. I showed her the receipt and pointed out that my daughter didn't even buy a drink, so why would we do that? The bowl wasn't even half empty. If it had been almost empty, her suspicion might make sense, even though she was still wrong. On top of everything, she told me to relax because she could get aggressive too! You can just imagine how that made me explode with anger.To make a long story short, I started raising my voice because she was basically calling me a liar. I wasn't going to allow her to insult me like that, especially when she didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. The bowl was only about $14; it wouldn't be worth fabricating a story just to get a refund. At that point, it wasn't even about the money; it was about my integrity as a person. She offended me and kept repeating, "no me va a ver la cara," which sort of translates to "I'm not a fool" I asked another employee for a higher-level manager, and she gave me a business card. I called, but it was actually Chipotle's automated customer service line. Fortunately, it was very easy to request a live agent. I filed a complaint, and they resolved the matter without any issues. Too bad I didn't take a picture immediately after my daughter found the paper so I would have proof other than the paper itself.
