  Whoever was making the online orders on 8/18 around 3pm....WOW! Those were the most perfect and beautiful burritos I've ever seen and I've had a lot of chipotle. It was literally like a work of art. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Poor customer service. My daughter purchased a bowl to go. As she was eating, she noticed a clump of rice containing a tiny, wrinkled piece of paper. She pulled it out, stretched it open, and realized it was a straw wrapper—not hers, of course.I went back to show them what was in the rice and ask for a refund. The person who claimed to be the manager (I have my doubts) said this was impossible because the paper wasn't dirty or mixed into the food. I explained how my daughter found it stuck inside the clump, but she just accused us of putting it there ourselves. I showed her the receipt and pointed out that my daughter didn't even buy a drink, so why would we do that? The bowl wasn't even half empty. If it had been almost empty, her suspicion might make sense, even though she was still wrong. On top of everything, she told me to relax because she could get aggressive too! You can just imagine how that made me explode with anger.To make a long story short, I started raising my voice because she was basically calling me a liar. I wasn't going to allow her to insult me like that, especially when she didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. The bowl was only about $14; it wouldn't be worth fabricating a story just to get a refund. At that point, it wasn't even about the money; it was about my integrity as a person. She offended me and kept repeating, "no me va a ver la cara," which sort of translates to "I'm not a fool" I asked another employee for a higher-level manager, and she gave me a business card. I called, but it was actually Chipotle's automated customer service line. Fortunately, it was very easy to request a live agent. I filed a complaint, and they resolved the matter without any issues. Too bad I didn't take a picture immediately after my daughter found the paper so I would have proof other than the paper itself.

  Service was great, good ambience, nice clean restaurant, however the meat (specifically the chicken) was significantly undercooked. Half the chicken I ate was soft and mushy, and almost dissolved in my mouth without having to chew. Really off putting. The steak was cooked perfectly though, just not sure what happened to the chicken. Chicken especially needs to be cooked to a certain internal temperature to avoid food bourn illnesses. I hope they look into this and correct these measures going forward.

  Absolutely love this place! The burritos are super fresh and packed with flavor, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I can't get enough of the cilantro-lime rice and guacamole—definitely coming back for more!

  I cannot complain about my visit here today. Great portions, fast and prompt service. The employees were nice and friendly. This Is definitely one of the best Chipotle locations around me.
