  After reading many reviews and visiting this store myself, I can understand why so many customers have complained about the customer service. The overall atmosphere is not welcoming. I was never greeted when I entered, and many of the employees, including some cashiers, came across as having poor attitudes. There is a Hispanic woman who wears glasses and appears to be a manager. Based on my experience, she lacked professionalism and did not make any effort to address customer concerns respectfully. A manager should set the example for excellent customer service, but that was not my experience. I also noticed that the staff did not seem very diverse, although I can’t speak to the store’s hiring practices. My main concern is the lack of customer service and professionalism. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides better customer service training, because every customer deserves to be treated with respect
