It was barely 9 PM, and when I asked for lettuce, the employee refused to bring any out. What made it worse was that they didn’t even seem willing to check the back to see if there was more. When a coworker asked if they had any lettuce, the worker just laughed and shook their head instead of making any effort to check. For a newly opened location, I expected much better customer service and a willingness to actually help customers. It’s frustrating to spend money at a restaurant and be told they won’t even check for a basic ingredient while employees are laughing about it. Hopefully management addresses this because this is not the kind of experience that will make customers want to come back. Was 2 female workers at the time. Seen a For Hiring sign on the front hope its to replace those current ones or they need better training. 👎🏽
